TPU-3094 is the combination of imported 828 or 128 resins, high quality solvent, high quality filler pigment, high quality conductivity, BYK additives and American Gas Company curing agents and other raw materials. It has high solid content and low viscosity features, and has two components of anti-static self-leveling top coating material which is produced by the advanced technical craft. TPU - 3094 has a series of excellent characteristics: good conductivity, excellent resistance to chemicals acid, alkali, salt water and petroleum products.

Product Function    

TPU-3094 is suitable for electronic factory, communication factory, microelectronics plant, precision machinery factory, chemical plant and other anti-static industries, especially suitable for high electrostatic sensitive devices, integrated circuits and other electronic components production workshop and storage areas.

Construction Specification

MixtureStir component A well before mixing because there may be a slight precipitation during storage; put component A and B into the mixing barrel in certain proportion and stir well evenly. Note: Do not scrape the  mixture from the bucket wall and the bucket bottom when pour the mixture just in case mix component A&B unevenly

Construction method: 1  base coat:  Use TPU-3000 or TPU-3009 until its coating-forming uniform evenly

                                 2 intermediate coatUse TPU3073 or TPU3079 mix with quartz sand and construct to reach the required thickness

3 conductive coatRoll coating the intermediate coating with TPU-3046 as anti-static coating

4 top coat: Scrape coating with toothed trowel on the intermediate coating with TPU3094. (Anti-static coating must be dry)

Reference Dosage: 0.6-1.5kg/

Construction condition: Moisture content (MC) must be less than 8% and relative humidity (RH) less than 55%, the construction should be stopped when it’s rainy day or atmospheric relative humidity is higher than 85%, or the temperature is below 10degree centigrade.
